Will I have to go to court?
It’s unlikely. Most claims are handled over the phone and through paperwork. If anything formal is needed, your solicitor will handle the process and guide you every step of the way.
What if my employer denies it was their fault?
That’s common — and it doesn’t mean you can’t claim. Your solicitor will help gather evidence and speak on your behalf.
Could I lose my job for claiming?
Legally, your employer can’t fire you for making a legitimate claim. And if they do, that could lead to further legal action in your favour.
What does 'No Win No Fee' really mean?
It means you won’t have to pay anything upfront. If your claim isn’t successful, you won’t owe a penny. If it is, your solicitor takes a pre-agreed percentage.
How long do I have to make a claim?
